Low slope or Flat Roofing is mainly seen in commercial applications; yet with today’s modern home designs, rooflines and pitches have begun to vary all across the board.

Due to these design factors, many homes are left with a low slope section of roof (3:12 pitch or less) which is much more capable of holding standing water.  Due to this possible ponding on the roof, a Single-Ply Membrane is used to cover the low slope section of the roof.

This method is preferred when enclosing a porch or addition while maintaining deck or porch above, or just ensuring the low slope roof remains waterproof.
